Massage Modalities

Emphasizing that all strokes go toward the heart, Swedish massage uses gliding, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of blood and lymph through the soft tissues of the body.
Deep Tissue
Utilizes deep tissue and deep muscle techniques, and is administered to affect the sub-layer of muscle and fascia. Not  recommended for those new to massage.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points, areas of nerve facilitation, are compressed to release tension. Helps to relieve pain, stiffness, loss of motion, inflammation, and sports injuries.
Combines Swedish and Trigger Point Therapy. Very relaxing yet is deeper where needed.
Great for the expecting mother.  When lying face down is no longer comfortable, a specialized table is used to accommodate the pregnant belly.
A gentle, relaxing form of massage that helps the body’s lymphatic system get moving again while reinforcing immune function.
